Problem viewing case status online in USCIS.gov.

Hi, i have a problem with the case status online site at USCIS.gov. I have created my portfolios and added my 485 related receipt numbers for tracking purpose. But i forgot the password for that site after a while and when i tried again with a wrong passwords (turned out to be wrong password) for 3 times, the system locked me out. I'm not sure how to reset it. I don't find customer service number that could answer such issues. Has any one of you got into such issues? Any solutions? :confused:

That is normal it happens to me all the time. All you need it is read the instructions on the site. Just below where log onto it, there is link that asks the questions you if you have forgotten do this and that..........Just follow the instructions...and it will instantly send you a new password......If you don't have the information it asks you then you will need to create a new porfolio, it doesn't take that much of time and the information would be the same............good luck

Thanks a lot for a quick reply. it looks like creating another profile is an easier option than going through all this.

The most frustrating thing is, i don't remember what was the password reminder question and answer i set up. :mad: :( The site says contact system administrator. But how? where? :)

Another question is will i continue to get emails to the email id i had in store in that account? Or the account is temporarily blocked? Even though i will be creating a new profile, i would like to know an answer for this.
