Problem status check by 1800........

Hi Gurus,
Since Last 1 week when I tried to check my status by 1800....
After I enter EAC # It says "Due to temparary problem in our system
We can not access your information please check another time"
I tried at different times but still same message...(same for my wife and son)..
any one has same experience?

When I check through USCIS website then
Online message says "Pending consideration we will get back to you in 60 days"

Lot of people had similar experience. Its still the case for me. Stopped bothering about it.
