My wife's name and her mother's name does not exist in her Birth Certificate. Will I receive an RFE for this. If yes, what are my options?

problem with daughter Birth Certificate

Friends,
We are EB3-Applicants from India.We have some issue with my daughter Birth certificate, my initial is wrong like B.xxxxxxxxxx.we are in US now, shall we produce affidavit about wrong initial? Thanx in advance....
