My I-485 have been filed for 6 months and is pending, but now my project will be finished. My lawyer dissuaded me from changing job.
If I still work here, I will be unable to continue working as a full-time postdoctoral researcher. I will become a postdoctoral researcher without retirement insurance and health insurance.
Could you let me know:
1. It can have a bad effect on my I-485 approval?
2. as I go for an interview, if immigration officer find my paycheck bill different from the former, it will be big problem?
