Probable mistake on I-485? Is it or not?

I entered legally USA but on I-485 on the question "Were you inspected by an Immigration officer I wrote no."
I just figured that it might be a mistake. I didn't think that the regular checking at the airport is considered. Is it?

I'm such a CROC.
Is it a mistake guys? If it is what am I supposed to do?
 
Yes it is a mistake. You will most likely receive either an RFE or worst case, intent to deny.
Make sure you have documentation to prove that you were inspected ( an I-94 will do).
 
I have I-94 which is in the whole kit

I have I-94 a notarized copy of it is attached to the documents. Does tis work?

Thank you. Kind of relief. NCSC gave me kind of the same answer or to wait if RFE is required. Kind of hanging in the air now.
