Due of long waiting time/delay in I140/485 - most of the application results in RFE when it gets into processing... and the most common RFE is to get the latest status of the employer/employee. i.e. still working for the same employer/same job, etc....
and when you reply to it - it takes another few months before any decision is made..
so based on the processing times - is it possible that the lawyer file a proactive latest info regarding the current status of employer/employee to save on time? this way when the case is actually taken for processing they(INS) will not have any excuse for such quick RFEs....
any thoughts? anybody did this before?
