the current priority dates are for all countries and INDiA and CHINA are current.
what will be the pritioty ,if they retrograte the dates .Any idea. and comments ?

I know their work load is increased after concurrent filing .


Is there any premium process for 485 ?if so after submitting application can we change it to premium processing paying that fee.

No. There will never be a premium processing for I485 for sure. Otherwise America will either become Mexico, India or China in less than 8 years! This will be the end of the superpower in the world. Just forget about this dream. The immigration policy is designed to protect american interest and thus they will not do something as stupid as premium I485 processing.

With the stupid concurrent filing, the PD regression is a real possibility in foreseeing future. I already know that many people take this advanatage to DOUBLE file their cases - one is a trivial one just for a quick EAD/AP, another one is a serious one. Many F-1 students are rushing to file 'fake' NIW or EB-1 to try their lucks also.

that is tricky question in answer for this???
 
There is no way to predict how far the PD will step back, depending on the load of application and the mood of policy maker. I do not want to make irresponsible comments on this serious issue.

good luck to all. The future is not so beautiful since INS workload is increased not the other way becasue of double filing and fake filing.
