I am Indian and new to this portal.Apologies for not knowing the correct terms.
My Labor EB3 was filed in NY on Jul 2, 2001 (PD?). Approved May 2003.
I140 was filed on Oct 3, 2003. Approved My 25, 2004 (RD?).
I485 was filed on Jun 15, 2004.
Fingerprinting (FP?) was received by USCIS on Mar 7, 2005. This is the last update on the USCIS website.
AP/EAD (extension) was applied on Mar 20, 2006. My wife's EAD was approved; mine is pending.
My lawyer has filed several queries at VSC. No response.
Currently I live in Chicago. I believe I should contact my local senetor. Thanks to this portal I was able to find the list of senetors. (http://www.vote-smart.org/search_zipcode.php?zip=60194-2168&go.x=1&go.y=5). Any recommendation on whom to contact?
Can I do anything else. Please advise.
