Could some tell me please what is current visa dates ? My LC PD is Feb 2004 and I140 is approved so when can I expect visa availbilty so I can apply I-485.

For you: For Feb 2004 Wait time is 2 years 10 months before you are eligible to apply for I-485 ..ie..if the dates does not get retrogressed and it progress in normal phase.
MySelf: Wait period..2 Years.
Else, some new law is passed..

I expect the worst once these dates start coming closer to 2005, when PERM came into effect. Then it is sure to slow down to an almost stop for a long time...
