hi,i filed for i-140 under eb-3 2002 oct using a substituted labour,my i-140 approved.i also filed for eb-2 perm with pd of 2005 nov.now have to apply for i-140 of eb-2.due to retro is it feasable if my eb-2 i-140 approves to use old pd for eb-2?i am asking coz my eb-3 is substituted labour.both eb-2 and eb-3 filed by same employer.
