In December'2004 I was allowed by my company to substitute labor in EB3 Category, as the dates were getting Regrogressed from Jan'2005 to Jan'2002 I had to proceed with out my wife, (As she was in India on Vacation).
The Question is , my Attorney says I will have to wait till the dates become current for my wife to file I-485. Please advice, is there any way I can file her I-485 to join mine !!
