Priority Date?

Just got "Notice of Action". The priority date part is blank. What does it mean? Also, what does exactly the PD serve? Thank you.

I think you are talking about the receipt notice when you say "Notice of Action." The column for PD on the receipt notices of my EA/NIW/OR are all empty. The approval notices do have the information of PD.

I do not know what this means. Maybe, PD cannot be defined at the file of I-140 for EB-1 and NIW, because the labor certification process is skipped.
