Priority Date

Anyone can tell me what really Priority Date mean for the Employment Base Aplication (EB-3)- is it the date the Employer filed aplication for Labor Certification ( A-750) or is other date? Thanks.

You mean ETA 750 or I-140. It is for Employment base Application. Thanks.

It is the date received of the LC. You will see the PD on the LC approval notice.

There are two dates: for approval and for acceptance. You mean that the approval date is the PD?

As I already said, PD is the date received (date of acceptance for processing) on the LC. Not the approval date.

INS made mistake with my PD( 2 years-the time I was waiting for approval).
