Priority Date

We have a category 4 (Brother of Adult Citizen) I-130 that was filed on our behalf in 1997. Does anyone know how to interpret the current priority dates of that category from the bulletin? and when would our date become current so we can file the 1-485?

Priority Dates: If you are from...
China = 01 Jan 95
India = 01 Jun 94
Mexico = 15 Aug 93
Philippines = 15 Oct 83
Others = 01 Jan 95

So depending on your nationality, you have a wait of atleast 2 years to 14 years for your PD to become current.
