Priority date

I had filed for my labor certification in Feb 99 under the conventional scheme.

I filed again for labor certification uunder RIR in Mar 2000. I have currently filed for I-140 and waiting approval.

My earlier application has not been withdrawn and continues to be processed.

Can I use the priority date of my earlier application to file for my I-485?
