I am perm1974's friend. My labor's priority date is march28 1998. Friends do you have any idea of when this date would come up for my i-485 filing. i am planning to visit india during feb next year. Assuming If I am able to apply for i-485 next month, when wud i receive the parole for my travel to India. Is it mandatory that i cud travel with my EAD only on parole. Please suggest. orelse i shud look for a date for getting my h1 stamping if i travel on h1.
