Priority Date

Can some one clarify what does priority date means for EB2 and EB3?
Is this date on which labor application filed or date on which I140 filed?

I am not clear what date i need to check with ? If my Labor is file do I get priority date on which I need to track ?

Your priority date is the date your labor certification was filed with the state. Or if you don't need LC it's the date of I-140 receipt.
