Gurus, pls help
The priority date on my appoved I140 shows the federal date not the state labor date,is there anyway to correct it?. Tried contacting labor office but no result. Any kind of help with the issue is much appreciated
You have to see the Labor Certificate and make sure that it has the Correct date on it, after that you can file for corrections with the USCIS sending the photo copy of the Labor Certificate.
