I've just applied for a visa for family sponsored F1 visa for my son who is 27, and born in Canada. I was looking at the visa bulletin and want to make sure I understand it correctly. Since he's from Canada, it seems as if he's under the "All Chargeability Areas Except Those Listed" which currently has around an 8 year wait time. Is this true? I thought wait time was per country, but the bulletin just lumps all countries together?
