I have been with the same company for 5 years now. My company applied for LC in Jan'04. But all of our group got moved 200 miles away to a new city, which according to DOL rules is not commutable. We applied for a new LC with new location in May'06 and have an approved LC/140 with that PD. We might receive instructions to proceed on the LC with a PD of 1/04. My question is can we get the LC approved from the old location, also get 140 approved and use this PD with the new 140 to file AOS when the dates become current for the old PD? My company is a multinational and is not willing to let me temporarily work from the old location(we still have offices there) after getting my GC.
