Priority date transfer(EB2 Vs EB3)

Dear friends need help,

I have two labor-approved certifications, one is EB2 and another one is EB3.

EB2 Priority date is August 2006 and I-140 has been cleared.
EB3 Priority date is May 2004 and I-140 is pending.

As we know current visa dates for EB2 was April 2004,once EB2 date moves GREATER than May 2004, Can I use EB3 Priority date for EB2 and file 485?

As per my knowledge, both I140's should be approved to transfer priority dates. Otherwise you might have ask while filing your second I 140 !
