Hi All,

Here are my case details. Please help me to understand what will be the effect of PD retrogression in my case.

Sub. Labor - EB3 with Priority Date - 03/2001
Concurrent I140/I485 ND - 05/2004 @ VSC
EAD/AP - Approved on 07/2004
FP - ??/??/??

What would be the priority date for sub. labor cases?
How priority date retrogress effect my case?
Is my priority date is current in my case?
