I currently have 2 I-140s approved under the same employer (EB3 and subsequent EB2).
Does my EB2 I-140 need to state the earlier priority date as well? Because it states the later priority date and I am wondering if this needs to be corrected or not.
If I do not correct this, will there be an issue when submitting I-485 under EB-2 category? or Will I be fine if I show my EB-3 I-140 with the earlier priority date?
