PD is usually printed on the I140 Approval notice. The actual date is determined as to when the labor was filed

PD is the date when ur labor is accepted for processing. Nothing to do with 140

so does it mean all who applied before april 2001 for labour, under life 245, all them are ok, which would include me, it means i do not have to worry about the proirty dates
