my Priority date is dec-2005. (country : india , priority date: EB2)
i have my i-140 approved.

now due to movement in the cutoff dates, according to the june 2007 visa bulletin current cutoff date for EB2 category is 01APR04.

1) is there another movement in the priority date expected in near future ?
2) is it advicable to change company at this point ?
3) what if the after moving to new job priority date becomes current before applying for I-140

It is unlikely that the dates will move that far in the next couple of months. You can have your PERM approved in 2 months + 1 week the way things are going right now. To be on the safe side, you could start work at the new company after your PERM is approved. If the dates become current then, you could file 140 & 85 concurrently.
