Hello :
Can someone please throw some light on portability of Prioirty date using two labor/140s.
I filed my labor with my current employer with a PD of March 2005. Also got the 140 approved.
Now, can I join a new company file a new labor and get a new 140 appoved and yet retain my PD of march 2005?
Any inputs is greatly appreciated !!
