Hello guys ,

Which is my PD the date I filed with the Local SEAS or when its get to DOL Federal ?

Could someone please confirm this because I heard several answers and I'm not sure now which is the correct one.

PD is the date you filed with local SESA, every application stage has a RD (Receive date)... all processing are done based on those dates. PD used to be useful when INS was gating 3rd stage, these days PDs are not much useful as USCIS is accepting the 3rd stage applications without any gating factor.
