I have two questions.
1. What is the predictions of Priority dates moving in near future?
When I checked older Visa bulletin, I saw that from Mar 06 to May 06, within two months, the Priority date for EB2 moved ahead by 1 year.
Shall that happen now in the same time frame?
2. There are some people who have applied 485 when Priority dates were current even though their labor was approved by PERM in 2005. These people theoretically applied after my application but were able to get through because of PERM. Will USCIS grant their GC before my PD (in 2003) becomes current?
