When i was in the US in NJ, i filed a GC process PERM and got I140 approved back in 2006. The priority date is July 2005. Then I moved to canada and since then been here. Now thinking of going back to the US for work. This was filed in the US and is NOT CP
I was wondering if i get a GC done with other company but now through consular processing can i get it done as EB2 and use the same July 2005 priority date. I will be filing EB2 based on 12 years work experience.
Any ideas ?
