Priority Date is blank in Form I797 - What does this mean

Can any one tell me why the Priority Date would be a blank in my 140/ 485 form I-797?
I am beginning to wonder if this could be the reason for being left our when others well after me have all received their FP notices.
Would also appreciate if someone can let me know the TSC fax# where I can fax FP request or inquire about I-140.

Your PD will show on your I-140 approval notice.

I think it the PD was decided when you filed the LC.
