I'm in f2a category and my priority date is going current again in September 2012 VB. I filled for AOS in Nov 2010 from US and my interview was completed in March 2011.My last finger prints were done in Dec -2010. The case was transferred to NBC due to unavailability of VISA.
Now that the pd is current again, please advise if I need to take any action. I have heard that one should contact the department by requesting a service request or book an infopass appointment or may be call them?
Also, should I be prepared for 2nd interview or rfe for sending latest docs like medical, fingerprints etc?
I know there are many people in similar conditions here because of the retrogression that happened last year. Please post your experience. Any help would be much appreciated!
