priority date for substitue labor

Can someone please guide me with the priority date for the substitute labor? The 485 received date is the priority date or the date the substitue labor was applied is the priority date? Please suggest!

It's the date you application for LC was received.

BTY: Did you get LUD changes recently? At leaset four persons got LUD yesterday, and they seemed to just have FP in Atlanta around mid June.

Thank you! Yes, my dates have changed. I did early FP on 6/16/05 in Atlanta. MY 485 dates have changed on 6/16, 6/17, 6/29 and 6/30.

I and my wife did our FPs on 6/18 at Atl. My wife was asked to come back again for FP as the first one was no good. Interestingly, I too saw like many others in this forum that the LUD on our files changed on 6/29 and 6/30. The LUDs had previously changed on 6/20, 6/21. Not sure what's up in the air, but nice to see some activity with the files.

Your dates similar to mine. I had a PD of Jan 2002 as well and I did a concurrent filing 140/485 on Dec 14th 2004. Though your 140 got approved a month before mine, but im sure your case is around the corner to be approved. Keep your fingers crossed. All the best.

I come under EB3 category. So, got to wait at least Oct '05 to see if I have chance to pass through or not. My LUD on 485 changed again on 7/05.
