Priority Date for Sub- Labor

Guys,

What would be the priority date for substitution labor case. Is that original labor date or 140 filing date ?

Wondering whether retrogression effects me or not. I used sub lobor and its priority date is 12/30/1998. But filed my 140 on 12/15/03 and got approved yesterday.

So the Q is what is my priority date for 485 processing ..is that 12/30/98 or 12/15/03 ?

I am not speaking from personal experience, but just from what I have seen on this forum (and others). The PD is apparently listed on the 140 approval letter. Wait for that and you should find out in a week or so.
 
I have already seen couple of cases in Texas, who got approved last week with LABOR Substitution. they got their I485 Approval also.
