Priority Date for Labpo Substitute

Priority Dates for Labor substitute is blank in 140-receipt.

Can you anyone throw idea on this?

PS: Some threads were pointing that one of key factor to processing time is "Priority Date for LC".

They have stopped printing it on notice reciept since all EB categories became current for AOS.

right, thats what it is, my attorny told me same thing when I asked him..thanks for confirming it though.
