Priority date for I-485, basis ?

I got an I-140 EB-1 EA approved a few 2 months ago. I have still not applied for I-485 based on this I-140.

If I apply now what will be priority date for my I-1485 application. WIll it be priority data of I-140.

Or will it get another priority date which will be used for determining the processing time?

based on labor application

It seems you are new. Priority date is taken based on the labor approved.

Thanks for your reply but it does not help.

You must know that with EB-1 and EB-2 there is not need for LABOR etc.
