I am filing my Green Card in EB-3 Category, I was born in India but my wife who is an Indian citizen too was born in Iraq. Hence, I understand that I can utilize the option of cross chargeability to file the green card under IRAQ chargeability.
For priority dates, all the other countries have been lumped together in the section of "All Chargeability Areas Except Those Listed" and they seem to have a common priority date. Just wondering if the same date applies to all the other countries have been lumped together in the section of "All Chargeability Areas Except Those Listed" and they seem to have a common priority date. Just wondering if the same date applies to all the countries that are lumped together in this section or do different countries have different dates, if so how can I know what are the priority dates for Iraq?
