Priority Date for a non-concurrently filed I-485

Here are my details...

Own Labor Filing Date - Mar/02, AD - Jun/03
NSC/EB3/Non-Concurrent
I140 RD-Jul/03, AD-Jan/04
I485 RD-Apr/04
FP-Jun/04
Spouse follow to join I485 RD-Aug/04, FP-Sep/04

What would be my I485 PD? My I140 approval notice says Mar/02, but I-485 receipt notice doesn't have any PD mentioned. Let's say for example the PD retrogression starts coming Jan and a cut off date is set to Jan/03, would I be affected becasue of my late filing (Apr/04) of I485?
