Hi Experts,

After seeing the new Schedule A allotment in June bulletin, is there a hope of PD moving further for EB3 in July bulletin??

Hi ddd999,

First I'm not an expert.

My guess is the PD will move ahead. At least couple of months.
Because I recently saw few Eb3 Approvals who’s PD were April 02/May02.
I guess NSC farmers may want PD to move few more months to keep them busy.
Also recent 3 months jump in I-485 in AILA site also points that the PD may likely move ahead.

Dhoom

I think it might move but the move wont be more than a month .Because everywhere DOS has been saying that they are running out of visa for this year ... so i will be very surprised if it moves more than a month .

Personally any move will help me as my PD is 3 june 2002 and 1st june 2002 was a saturday .

I'll be really sad if the PD doesnot move at all for july .Then i've to go for 2nd FP and my wait will increase .I will keep my fingers crossed.

Hi,

My PD is June 2nd 2002, so I am also same boat just like you. Any idea when we can get new bulletin information. I am also very much worried; my interview is done at Philly and just waiting for PD changes. Thanks

There has been a case with EB3 Aug02 approval from a retrogressed country. May be PD will advance to 08/02

Me too my priority date is June 6th 2002, I485 - Dec 27 2002 just waiting waiting and waiting

Optimistic scenario: Moves up by one month
Most likely scenario: Stays the same -- no movement
Pessimistic : I don't want to state it :)

If I have to put my money on it, I'd say it would show no movement and stay put and maybe even EB2 would retrogress !

Experts from June Visa Bulletin:

E. VISA AVAILABILITY DURING THE REMAINDER OF FY-2005

Employment-based: During the past month there has been a significant increase in the amount of numbers being used by Citizenship and Immigration Service (CIS) offices for adjustment of status applicants. This level of demand has significantly depleted the supply of Employment-based numbers available under the annual limit. Recent discussions with CIS have made it clear that their backlog reduction efforts will sustain or increase the current level of demand. Therefore, continued visa availability in the Employment-based categories cannot be guaranteed during the final quarter of FY-2005. If demand continues at the current rate, it will be necessary to oversubscribe many or all of the Employment categories on a Worldwide basis. Such oversubscription could result in the establishment of cut-off dates, retrogression of already established dates, or some categories becoming “unavailable”.

After reading this I would say no movement in PD.

Independence day

I think there will be a pleasant surprise in the July Bulletin in time for the 4th of July celebrations for all of us folks :)
Have fun...
