Priority Date current, what now?

We've been told to visit the USCIS tomorrow morning. Under FB4, applied by a US citizen for his sister, this sister has 2 children and a husband.

How long will the greencard take to arrive and will the greencard for her family add any time to it? What should we expect in the interview and all??
 
Sir, I don't know exactly the date it was filed in, all I know is that the priority date is current (not exactly, our PD was current under FB4 section 18 months ago). We went the USCIS today and they told us to call in for the greencard department tomorrow to find out what to do next.

My uncle a US Citizen petitioned her sister (my mother) for the greencard.

So, you're going through consular processing (the USCIS had confused me) :).
I don't know how long the processing takes, shouldn't be that long. Anyway, you would be directed by the US embassy as to how to proceed.
One more thing, you will receive your green cards after you arrive to US.
