Priority Date Blank

FP : APR-30-02

My priority Date column is blank in the I-485 Recepit Notice. But it is shown in FP notice as MAR-08-02. My Actual PD is OCT-14-2000.
My 2nd EAD receipt notice (applied last month) aslo shows this blank. My lawyer does not want to send a correction note to INS as he says, it may confuse them.

My I-40 is from Vermont and I-485 is at NSC. Any of you have similiar experience, please publish.
 
I have the exact same problem

I do not have the receipts for 485/EAD/AP yet but my FP notice has a PD the same as RD. I have sent an email to my lawyer (who are highly paid and terrible in terms of service) asking them about this and should get a reply shortly. Will update this thread when I hear from them.
