Hi gurus,
my labor receipt date is aug 2003, i have a copy of that. I also got my 797c (i140 approval notice) case type i140, in i140 approval notice priority date field is blank. What can be the reasson. Called up my employer he says ...thats okay.
Please help...or guide me to make sure everything is right. I mean my PD is the same..
