Priority Date and "Processing Cases with Receipt Notice Date of"

I am waiting to file I-485 due to nonavailability of number of visa under EB-3 employment based. My priority date is June 2006. However when I checked Nebraska Service Center Processing Dates for I-485/Employment Based Adjustment Applications, the "Processing Cases with Receipt Notice Date of" is December 02, 2005. What is the relation between my priority date and the "Processing Cases with Receipt Notice Date of"? When my lawyer can file for I-485?
