Application Status: approved Approval/Denial Date: 24 Jul 200
My Questions:
1. Can I file I-485 now? I know most of you will say no. But I would like to know what happens to I-485 filling when your PD is not current?
2. My H1B 6 yrs duration expires on Jan 2013. Can I file a extension on H1B based on I140 approval of my spouse? (note we did not file 485 concurrently)
3. My spouse is a PhD and eligible for Outstanding Prof. researcher category. Would you suggest him to apply in that category right away and not wait on for EB2 to get current?
