My I-140 was recently approved after waiting for long 2 years. My I-140 was filed using Labor Substitution. I was wondering what would be the priority date for my case :
Date when my I-140 was filed
OR
Date when the labor was filed for the other candidate.
And will my I-485 application be approved based on when my I-485 was filed or will it depend on priority date. I know BCIS does random processing of cases but still I will appreciate if the forum could share their views.
