My labor was filed in Dec 2004 in Non-RIR EB2 category. It has been converted to RIR EB2 in March 2005.
Recently my attorney send a 45 day letter documents for the labor filed in Dec 2004 and also March 2005. I got these documents with a gap of 2 months i.e one I received in April 2006 and another in last week.
Not sure why I received two documents also would this impact my priority dates ? When I called my attorney they mentioned that they have seen this situation with so many people i.e receiving 45 day letter notice twice.
Has anyone experienced this situation ? Appreciate if you could provide some information.
