Hi,
As all PD's are current in all category what are the chances of it that it'll retrogress again? It will for sure but then when like soon...in the month of June, July? No one knows how USCIS will change things but anyone has any clue? Ideas? just curious as my employer is not filing my 485 giving the reason next month..is he waiting the dates to retrogress?

Please give your insight on it.

If you are from India with a recent PD, then it is likely to retrogress very soon (maybe August itself). Thre are some discussions on the reason for PDs becoming current and how long it will stay current. Please see the 'Priority Date Retrogression Issues' group in this forum.
 
Hey Thanks for the info. Yes, I'm from India and who else other than an Indian company will be Sicko!!! I think all of the Indian companies have freaked out now that everthing thing is current as no one was accpeting that.
hehehe.....so filing in July is no Risk I suppose. If it changes it'll be August.
