Primary's Approval question

WAC 02 148.....

How come my approval letter(original & courtesy) does not mention anything abt going to the local office for stamping, with ADIT photos etc. It just says you will get your permanent card in 3 weeks. The online status still shows missing.

I have noticed that everyone mentioned abt the passport stamping with 2 ADIT photos, etc. Do I still have to go to the local office and get the passport stamped?
 
Yes very much, the one you got is a welcome notice, lots of folks got it earlier followed by the approval notice.

You can go with this one and get the stamping done.
