primary received two approval notice, dependent still pending

My 485 was approved a weeks ago, I've received two email notifications ,
and two paper approval notices. However, my husband's case is still
pending,
our cases were filed at the same time sending in the same envelope.

Is that possible that CIS made a mistake on this by put my husband's
approval
under my case? Why I receive two notices?
