Primary medical RFE. Secondary also RFE with no letter. Any connection ?

My spouse who is a primary received a medical RFE because her I-693 was not complete due to pregnancy. Both of us had the same LUD and same message. Our lawyer received the RFE for us 2 weeks back but we did not receive anything for me yet.

If the primary gets an RFE, will the secondary get as well? When i called TSC, they said they do not know what my RFE was about.

Any suggestions, on next steps ? :mad:

can u give infor about yur case? like when u submitted I-485 and when u did ur fingerprints? under what category r u (EB-3, EB-2...)? which country ? when ur I140 was submitted /approved?
 
I presume primary and secondar applicant's - RFE could be different...

I wouldn't assume that since primary - got the RFE for medicals...the same would be true for dependents....

You may not have an RFE ...but your wife only may have gotten the RFE
 
Well, I do see the RFE message, when I go online. I also spoke with TSC and they said that they have an RFE on me. TSC said that they will pull my file to see what the RFE is about and send a copy to my attorney.
