Primary I485 approved, dependant pending

Hello,
My wife and I (primary) applied for our I485 on Jan 24, 2005. My I485 was approved on Mar 17. However, my wife's I485 is still pending. The case status on uscis shows as "results of fingerprint was received and processing has resumed".
Has anyone come across a similar situation? Is my wife's case in the FBI namecheck? How can I find out the exact status of her case?
 
I am also in the same boat.
My I485(primary) got approved on Feb 02 2005 but my wife's 485 is still pending till now. We both applied together on May 15 2004, and did the FP and other stuff together. Her I485 still says " results of FP received.....". I sopke to the customer service person and they said that my wife's case is pending due to NAME CHECK. And told me to wait for 3 to 4 months before I do any enquiry again.
